Learning any language takes practice - lots of practice! Often, it's difficult to know what you should practice. Should you watch a video? Perhaps, it would be a good idea to do a few quizzes. Of course, you should try to speak English with your friends. All of these are great ideas, but it's also important to build a routine. A routine will help you make studying English a habit. That's the best way to improve your English!
学习任何一种语言都需要练习，并且是大量的练习！通常，我们并不非常清楚应该做哪些练习。应该看一些视频吗？或者做一些小测验也可能是一个好的选择。当然，你也可以和你的朋友一同说英语。所有的这些都是很好的方法，但养成一个好的日常规划也是非常重要的。一个日常规划可以帮助你形成学习英语的习惯。这是学习英语的方式。
Make Learning a Habit--养成好的学习习惯
It's important to be exposed to many different areas every day. However, you shouldn't try to study too many different subjects. These suggestions take a short listening and reading as the basis for daily practice. You are trying to learn many new things, so don't try to learn too much in any one area too quickly!
每天接触不同的领域是非常重要的，然而，同时学习太多的科目却是不建议的。建议以较短的听力和阅读作为一天学习的基础。并试着学习更多新的知识，所以尽量不要在任何一个领域内短时间学习过多。
Listen - 10 Minutes---听力（10分钟）
There are a number of beginning level listening selections that you can use. Books written for children are also agreat idea.
网站上有很多适合英语初学者的听力内容。针对儿童的英文书籍也是不错的选择。
Read - 10 Minutes---阅读（10分钟）
You can find beginning level reading .Choose a subject you like to read about and read for fun.  
选择一些适合初学者的读物，并选择一些你喜欢的主题来阅读，让阅读变成娱乐。
Improve your Vocabulary - 5 Minutes---提高你的词汇量（5分钟）
Take five minutes to write down all the new words you find in your listening and reading exercises. Keep a notebook, and write in the translation in your native language.
花五分钟写下你在听力和阅读练习中遇到的生词。准备一个笔记本，将生词和中文翻译一并记下。
Grammar - 10 Minutes--语法（10分钟）
Think about what you are studying in English class (if you are taking it). Or, if you are studying by yourself, take out your grammar book and find one grammar point to review.  Take a quick look at the grammar and then think about the listening and your reading. Did you hear or read these forms? How were they used?

Speaking - 5 Minutes---口语（5分钟）
It is very important to move your mouth and speak! Even if you only speak to yourself. Take five minutes and speak out loud (not silently). Try to quickly summarize what you listened to and what you read. Of course, it's better if you can do this with a friend. Find a friend and study together a few times a week. You can practice together.
开口说英语是非常重要的！即便是一个人练习也同样有效。花费五分钟大声的讲出来（不是默读）。并试着去快速总结你听到和阅读到的内容。当然，如果你可以找到一个伙伴一起练习，效果会更好。找一个伙伴每周共同学习几次吧，这样你们可以一同练习口语。
Approximately thirty minutes a day, every day - or at least four times a week! If you continue to do this, you will be surprised at how quickly your English improves!
这样大约每天30分钟，坚持每天练习（至少每周四次）！如果你坚持这样做，连你都会惊讶自己英语水平的进步哦！
